Nano-microporous lithium battery heat insulation sheet is made by encapsulated nano-microporous insulation panel, with the enhancement of strength and toughness, while keeping its superb thermal insulation performance. The thickness can be as thin as 1mm. Battery heat insulation sheet can prevent battery spontaneous combustion caused by thermal runaway of the battery cell and ensure sufficient safe escape time in extreme situations, with its excellent flame retardant and heat insulation properties. Up to now, battery heat insulation sheet is the best battery insulation product.

The core material of nano-microporous insulation panel is pressed after mixing the silicon-aluminum composite aerogel, nano-silicon dioxide, opacifier and high-silica glass fiber evenly. The production capacity and stability are good. All ingredients are inorganic non-metallic material, 100% recyclable, non-toxic and harmless.
