The silicon & aluminum content of high silica glass long fiber is over 98%, with excellent high temperature resistance and chemical stability, which performs extremely well in very high temperature environments. The mass loss is strictly controlled within 2% and the high temperature linear shrinkage is less than 3.8% , after 1,000℃ high temperature treatment. It effectively ensures the dimensional stability under high temperature.
It has excellent mechanical property, with 1,600MPa tensile strength, which is quite better than common glass fiber, and it is specially used for structural reinforcement under high-temperature and high-pressure environments. The production process follows green environmental protection concept, with less than 3kwh/kg unit energy consumption, and saves more than 30% energy compared to traditional processes, which breakthroughs in both high performance and low carbon production.
It has been passed strict verification under special working conditions. It is widely used in state-of-the-art tech field, such as aerospace thermal protection systems, high temperature filtration system of Metallurgical Industry, and the refractory layer of firefighting equipment.
