Nano microporous high-temperature insulation panel can resist high temperature of 1,200℃. It has extremely low thermal conductivity and linear shrinkage while keeping good bending strength and low density. Professionally enhanced nano insulation panel can be bent into pipe shapes. The packaging materials can be POF shrink film/aluminum foil wrapping, aluminum foil vacuuming, aluminum foil glass fiber cloth bonding or pressing, etc.
Specifications: 1,000×600mm, 1,200×600mm, 200×800mm, 600×400mm, thickness can be customized from 3mm to 50mm.
Application: A1 level fire prevention standards, non-toxic and harmless, safe and environmentally friendly; Does not contain inhalable harmful fibers.
Mainly used for aluminum melting furnaces, aluminum electrolytic cells, aluminum insulation furnaces, glass kilns, tempering furnaces, roller kilns, tunnel kilns, lithium battery kilns, rotary kilns, etc.
