The thickness can be as thin as 1mm. Battery heat insulation sheet can prevent battery spontaneous combustion caused by thermal runaway of the battery cell and ensure sufficient safe escape time in extreme situations, with its excellent flame retardant and heat insulation properties. Up to now, battery heat insulation sheet is the best battery insulation product.
The core material of nano-microporous insulation panel is pressed after mixing the silicon-aluminum composite aerogel, nano-silicon dioxide, opacifier and high-silica glass fiber evenly. The production capacity and stability are good. All ingredients are inorganic non-metallic material, 100% recyclable, non-toxic and harmless.
Lightweight: the weight of nano-microporous insulation panel is lighter 50% with the same thermal insulation function compared with traditional insulation materials.
