Aerogel insulation felt 1,050℃ is a new advanced insulation material combined high-performance refractory fibers and ultra-high temperature aerogel through a special process. It can resist high temperatures up to 1,050°C, and has a thermal conductivity as low as 0.021W/(m.k). It has good tensile and compressive strength and is used in high-temperature insulation fields, such as ships, chemicals, kilns, heating pipes, and new buildings. 20mm aerogel insulation felt can reach A60 insulation level. Compared with other traditional thermal insulation materials, it can reduce thickness by 50% to 70% and reduce weight by 30% to 50%. It can widely replace traditional thermal insulation materials such as ceramic wool and rock wool.
