The core material of SuperVIP® (Nanopores) is aerogel nanoporous insulation panel. As the density of this core material is very low, the thermal conductivity of the insulation panel produced with it as the core material is low, generally is around 4.0mW/mK. The main features are long lifetime with more than 50 years, neat edges & corners, lightweight, and good & long thermal insulation performance.
Specifications: 1,000 × 600mm, 1,200 × 600mm, thickness can be customized from 10mm to 50mm.
Features: for aerogel nano microporous insulation panel, the surface of is very flat & smooth, the perpendicularity of the corners is extremely high. It can be used from -100℃ to 80℃ for energy saving and insulation in building exterior walls, high-end home appliances, vaccine coolers, refrigerated trucks, refrigerated containers, etc. The life time is longer compared with vacuum insulation panels with glass fiber core. (As time goes by, the outer packaging of the product becomes aging, the internal core material still has excellent thermal conductivity with the loss of vacuum.)
